Sasquatch Splash has a unique, modern floor plan with an open concept, allowing friends and family to enjoy time together while cooking, dining, entertaining and relaxing – whether indoors or outdoors. The great room has vaulted ceilings that let in natural light and a peak at the surrounding mountain views. Snuggle up on the comfy L-shaped sectional aside a stone fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 65-inch TV. All smart TV's in cabin are equipped for Roku streaming.
POOL ROOM
Splash in your very own private indoor pool, where you can enjoy swimming year-round, looking out at gorgeous views of green rolling hills and mountains with total privacy. Relax and enjoy your time together, lounging on a wicker sectional while watching your favorite show on a smart TV. A truly unique feature of this cabin is that the pool is conveniently located just off the main level via a secure door entry, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids from the living room, dining room or kitchen.
GAME ROOM
Looking for more fun? Play a variety of premium video games in the well-appointed game room offering tons of entertainment, including putt-putt golf, bowling, lawn bags, a 400-game multicade, and a 1000+ game virtual pinball machine. A full-sized EZ Lounger futon also provides space for youngsters to hang out and relax after endless gaming.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM

Grab a snack or make family-style meals a breeze in the well-appointed, modern gourmet kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and all of the high-quality cookware, bakeware and serving ware you could possibly need! Enjoy special touches like a Cuisinart coffeemaker with built-in coffee grinder and single-serve Keurig K-Cup or pods and custom coffee mugs. FIREWORKS
A truly unique feature of Sasquatch Splash is that it has the best-ever view of Pigeon Forge's 4th of July Fireworks, right off your front porch! With no obstructions, it feels like the fireworks display was made just for you! Also, just a short walk down the street, you can also see the Dollywood fireworks over the Parkway each and every night.

We want you to relax and enjoy your vacation with the conveniences of home, so we provide a higher quality complimentary starter package than most others do, with dish soap, sponge and scrubbie, hand soap, 2 extra paper towels and toilet paper rolls per bath, laundry soap and garbage bags. We also provide all linens/towels/pool towels, and high-quality cookware and dishware. Our convenient location also allows you to pick up your groceries less than a mile away!
PET POLICY
We understand that pets are also important members of the family, so please contact us during the reservation process to make special arrangements for your furry friends! We allow up to 2 dogs, each weighing less than 50 lbs. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
